The deal

By using Producer Freedom (producerfreedom.com) and its tools — Black Bars, Beat Videos, Upload Kit — you're agreeing to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose. If something here doesn't sit right with you, that's okay; just don't use the tools.

Everything's free, and provided "as-is"

Every tool here is free. There's no catch and no bill coming later. In return, the tools are provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind. We've built them with care and we use them ourselves, but we can't promise they'll be perfect, bug-free, or right for every single use. You use them at your own discretion.

Payments, refunds and cancellation

Simple, because there's nothing to pay: we collect no payments, store no payment details, and sell nothing on this site. There are no subscriptions to cancel and — since nothing costs anything — no refunds to give. If we ever introduce a paid product, we'll say so clearly before you pay a cent, update these terms, and state the exact refund policy right next to the price.

What you make is yours

Anything you create with our tools — your thumbnails, your videos, your metadata — is entirely yours. Use it, post it, sell your beats with it, do whatever you want. We claim no ownership over your output and we ask for nothing in return.

Your files, your responsibility

Because the tools run entirely in your browser, we never receive or store your files. That's great for privacy, but it also means we can't recover anything for you. If a download fails, a tab closes, or something goes sideways, we have no copy to hand back. Please keep your own originals. We're not liable for lost or unsaved files.

Fair use

Use the tools for what they're for — making your producer life easier. Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site, and don't use it for anything illegal or to process content you don't have the right to use. Basically: be a decent human.

Who owns what (intellectual property)

Your pictures, beats, and creations stay yours — full stop. On our side: the Producer Freedom tools, their code, the "Producer Freedom" and "Rocket Beats" names, logos, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Producer Freedom / Rocket Beats (Denmark). Using the tools doesn't give you rights to copy, rebrand, resell, or redistribute the tools or the brand themselves.

These tools can change

This is a free project run by one producer. We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue any tool at any time, without notice. We'll try not to break your day, but no free tool here is guaranteed to exist forever.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Producer Freedom isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from using (or not being able to use) the tools. The tools are a free gift, offered in good faith.
